Intro....kind of?
Hi, there! Let's go straight to the point. I am tired of myself binging on every food I laid eyes upon so I want to change my lifestyle to feel better and look better. I decided to jump on board with keto because why not? I feel miserable on low fat diet and want to give keto a try. If I don't like it, then I can just go back to moderate eating. So I am planning to start on Feb 17th just one day after my birthday and it is a monday as well, so it's perfect! Naturally, I wanted to get rid of carb junks in my apartment but what I did was I binged them all *sigh* Tomorrow, I am going to start running again! Yeay!
